The "Add Listing" Link will open a form similar to the following in the work frame of your admin center. Use this form to enter in all listing details for the link that you wish to add to the database. This is a very straightforward form. The only thing you'll need to remember or keep in mind, is that entries for "Site Icon" and "Description" icon should be made in URL format ... just the URL to the image is all that's needed, no need to enter the full <IMG SRC=....> tag.

If you press the "Category" link, a window similar to the following will open, allowing you to choose which category or categories to assign this listing to. Pressing the "Use Selected" button will set the add link form's category field for you, and close the pop-up window automatically.

When you are finished entering the link information, press the "Save Button", and Hyperseek will draw a screen giving you a summary of the listing that you added, along with a listing of which terms were indexed for searching.


You may change the prompts of this form, and the field requirement options in the SQL Manager, should you so choose.
