Submissions made to your search engine can be seen and manage by opening the "Queue" tab in the main Hyperseek admin center. If there are submissions, it will tell you how many. Clicking on the "Submissions" link will open the queue for you, so that you can see a short list of the websites that have been submitted.
For each of the sites, click the title, review the submitted information, and then make a decision on whether or not you'll want to approve the submission. You may alternatively select an email to accompany your approval or rejection to be sent to the individual that submitted the data.
When you're done going through the queue, press the "Process Submissions" button, and they'll all be handled in batch.
