email templates can be worded and used in any means that you desire.
Available Variables for account related emails:
Any Field from the "accounts" table is a valid variable name
Available Variables for Hyperseek related emails:
Any Field from the "Hyperseek_links" table is a valid variable name
Within the Jackhammer system, you may use variables from EITHER the "accounts" or the "Hyperseek_links" tables in your emails
To see which field names belong to these tables, please open your SQL Manager and view the "Schemas" for them.
Note that whenever Hyperseek sends out an email using one of the email templates, the name of the template being used to generate the email is also used as the "Subject" when sending the email. Make your email templates with descriptive "subject friendly" names.
