When you edit links,you'll be presented with new fields, indicating the start and end date for them. Left blank, the expiration system will ignore the link, but if you've got a date entered there (in YYYYMMDD format), Hyperseek will stop showing the link in the categories, and search results after the specified date.
This utility will allow you to easily edit and delete links in the expire queue (those that are about to expire, and those that have), as well as to mass-email the webmasters owning the links, so that you can remind them of their pending expiration.
