To move a category, click the "Move" link at the top of any category page while browsing in the admin center.
Once you do, the following screen will appear (or one like it). Simply navigate in this screen until you arrive at the category that you would like to move the current category beneath, and then click the "Move Category to this level" link. This will re-assign the category, and any subcategories (as well as the links assigned) to this new parent category.
