Opt-In Emailing

The "Opt In" system allows you to alert individuals that have requested to be kept informed of changes/announcements on a category specific basis of new additions to your directory database. They subscribe via the form generated within your category/default templates.

Emailing a newsletter to subscribers is a 2 step process.

Prepare the mailing
In this step, the system will go through your database, and prepare newsletter content for each category in the system, formatted to list all of the new listings added since the last mailing.

Send the email to subscribers
Once the list has been prepared by the above step, the physical sending of the mail is done here, where the system will send a customized email to each subscriber, with the results of the report generated in the first step.
