There is a configuration option allowing you to force the Manual Approval of bids. Setting this option to "YES" will change some of the system logic in terms of how it handles new keywords requested by your account holders. If you have this option turned on, any keywords added by your account holders will be set as "Pending" so that you'll know that they want them added to their listing, but they will be unsearchable until you approve them.
Approval of keywords is a 2 step process.
Step 1: Clicking the "Pending Bids" link from the Jackhammer main administration screen will bring up the window below, which lists all account holders and their individual listings that have keywords that await your approval.
Step 2: After you select the listing to review, you will be shown a list like the one below, listing the keywords that the account holder requested to be added. You may individually approve or deny any keyword submission, or alternatively, use the "Approve All" or "Deny All" options from the drop down menu next to the "Process" button. In either case, pressing that button will process your actions, either eliminating the keywords from the specified listing, or allowing the user to begin bidding on them.
Note that if you have a minimum bid amount setup in your system, the newly approved keywords will automatically have the minimum bid set.
