This screen lists for you all accounts that have made a "Deposit" but have not yet paid money. When your account holders make a deposit into their bidding account, the money they deposit is not immediately available to them to begin bidding. From the user side, making a "deposit" is the equivalent of them telling the system that they would like to pay you that amount, but have not yet done so. If you have setup Jackhammer to integrate with some sort of e-Commerce or Merchant Solution, then your visitor will most likely make their deposit, follow your links to a payment center, make payment, and have their account automatically reflect the payment (The system will turn the "Deposit" into their "Account Balance") In cases like this, you'll likely never see the deposit, as it will be taken care of in real time. However, in the case where you are not integrated with an ecommerce solution, or the account holder is mailing a check, or if you elect to handle all deposits manually, you'll want to use this screen to manually tell the system (By hitting the Accept link) that payment was received, and to apply the deposit amount to their available/useable balance. You may also cancel a deposit, which will remove it from the system completely.
