You can manage your queue from these screens. Submissions, either from spidering, from users submitting via your AddURL forms, or users that submit a change request from within their account are all handled the same.
First, upon clicking on one of the Queue Links, you'll see a list of links that are currently in Queue. Click the "Review" link next to each one of them, to open the Review form, shown below.
This is the submission review form..... allowing you to edit and manipulate the listings within the queue prior to approval or rejection of the listing currently being reviewed.
At the bottom of the review form, you'll have choices, which look like the following image. You'll need to decide if you would like to send the submitting individual an email (Pick one from the list), and whether you'll be approving or rejecting the link. Once you make your changes, and select an email and action, click the "Save Changes" link.
Once clicked, the "Save Changes" link will return you to the Queue List, with the listing's entry changed to reflect your choice of action. Blue indicates that you wish to approve the link, red means you're rejecting it. Once you've reviewed the listings in the queue, press the "Process Submissions" button to complete the task of actually approving/rejecting and emailing the items in the Queue.
Note: Nothing will actually happen to the links in Queue until you press the "Process" button. Any edits you made in the review window are NOT saved, they are only temporary, and in memory only until you press the Process Button. This method of working the Queue will take a few minutes to adjust to at first, but once you get the hang of it, it will save you much time in your day to day operations, as you're able to handle the queue as multiple files at once, rather than the slower and more cumbersome method of doing them one at a time.
