Use this utility to create new login accounts for all listings.
This will use the email address assigned to the listing to attempt to create a new ds/X member account.
The email address will be used as the login id, and a password will be generated.
If an account with that email address already exists, or if the link is already assigned to an account, it will be skipped.
An email will be sent (you define the text) to each person as their account is created, so that you may inform them of their new ability to login to the account manager to make changes to their listing, or to begin bidding for position if they so choose.
